What are your shipping rates?
We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum purchase required.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not accept international orders at this time.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
We only ship to physical addresses.
Once your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to monitor your delivery's status.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?

My package was lost or stolen in the mail. Will you send a replacement?
Orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit may be eligible for replacement once the situation has been investigated with the shipping carrier. Please contact the shipping provider directly to initiate a claim.
What is your return policy?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with the original tags attached to be eligible for a full refund. Returns must be postmarked within 25 days of the invoice date.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
My package was stolen. Can you offer me a refund or replacement?
For security, orders delivered to apartments often require a signature. If your package was stolen, your eligibility for a replacement will be determined through an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Where do your designs come from?
Monistro is based in California, and our designs are inspired by local West Coast Cool styles.
What does “longevity” mean at Monistro?
We use exceptional, high-quality fabrics to create well-made apparel. Each piece is designed to last for years without fading, losing its shape, or falling out of style.
